Project Description

We are currently undertaking a comprehensive reconstruction and capital renovation of a private house. The project includes reconfiguring the interior layout by constructing new internal partitions, reinforcing the building's existing structures, and installing new engineering systems such as electricity, heating, and ventilation. Flooring and ceiling works have been completed, and new interior doors, windows, and large glass stained-glass panels have been installed, followed by comprehensive interior and exterior finishing works. In the yard, extensive concrete work has been carried out, including the construction of a foundation for the fence, the installation of a new fence, and remote-controlled gates.
